Terrible front desk service
Worst customer service ever. Just moved here and need imagining done for possible cancer diagnosis. Explained to them three times I don’t have images and gave them the information 3 times to call and get it. Keep calling me during working hours and have now harassed me three times with threatening to push out my appointment or cancel it all together. they are required for the radiologist when I have never had any history of this possible diagnosis before. Manager is just as rude. Employee and manager kept speaking over me. R... read more
I’ve been getting mammograms for 30 years- never had one go this easily. Erin was prompt, courteous and efficient and made the experience as comfortable as possible. I was finished before my appointment was even scheduled to begin.
