I have been having my mammogram done at this location for years because my primary care doctor is at this location. My mammogram is completely covered by my insurance, United Healthcare Advantage. However, after my last mammogram, I received a bill from Texas Radiology, who apparently does the reading on the mammograms and they said I owed $1308.00. We had a disappointing experience at this imaging center. My mom’s mammogram had to be repeated because the first one was done incorrectly, which was both uncomfortable and avoidable. While the staff was polite, the lack of proper execution the first time reflects poorly on their professionalism. I hope they take steps to ensure better accuracy moving forward.

Rude customer service representatives that cant be bothered to help you. Lack of responsiveness over the phone.

Though the staff was really sweet n caring, I had to go back the second time as they told me the contrast in my body was injected too soon . So , the MRI will have to be done again . I had to go through the whole process all over again . Very dissapointing .

Garage parking for Pavilion 2 at the Imaging Center is so crowded it's easy to forget where you parked. What a tedious task to pick up records!
