RecommendedI’ve used ER, MRI, X-Ray, and outpatient services a number of times over the last 3+ years. Every time I have been treated professionally, with care and respect by every staff member. ER is often swamped (Gritman needs to add ER staff), but they always take good care of me. I’m very happy that Gritman is working closely with Pullman Hospital to increase specialized services.
Nurses lie straight to your face and are extremely rude

RecommendedI recommend Gritman Medical Center because of the patient care that is given. The nursing staff truly care about the patient, AND the nursing staff cares about the family. Most of the physician staff demonstrate a level of care giving that is personal and respectful. The support staff has always been warm and helpful from the front reception desk to the kitchen staff.
