So unprofessional!!! I had an appointment at 2:45, I get there about 5-10 minutes early and the lady at the front desk says “Oh I’m sorry, we meant to call you but didn’t have time, the doctor will be out for the rest of the day.” And apparently NO other provider was available..
Business response:
Deliveries happen last minute and although we try to call everybody prior sometimes there just any time. Your provider had to preform and emergency c-section and that took priority. We always try to see if someone in the office can work these patients in prior to rescheduling them but all of our other providers in office that day were completely full. We hope you understand.
i have made the worst experience with Dr. K. Garcia. First up she doesnt listen really to her patients when they tell her about important medication allergies, i saw olivia (i believe it was her that say) writing it down. so sure enough she prescribed me an antibiotic which im highly allergic to. and then argued with me that i never told her. i told oliva and Dr. Garcia! i make sure i mention it every time i go to a new Doctor! We have been going here for all three of our pregnancies and all my follow up care appointments. Dr. Head, the other Doctors and staff have all been exceptional with caring for the patients, helpful and very kind. We plan on going here for our care and continued needs for sure! We highly recommend The Women’s Healh Group P.C.
I love going here, everyone makes me feel so comfortable and they're so nice. I would've came here for my first pregnancy if I would've known about this place. I love the staff and my doctor is amazing. I recommend coming here for anything.
