Second year in a roll that the staff did not include the diagnosis on my breast ultrasound referral, I called from the Baptist to get assistance an literally had to be on the phone for 2 hrs + an the calls dropped several times. And Dr. Susan no we’re to be found the last appointment and had, and I to see The NP or other doctors. I really missed you Dr. Susan Fox 😔, I hope that the staff be more careful next year, if I decide to continue going to this facility😖
