The care for my wife was great. But their accounting department, including their refund process is miserable. Incredibly disappointing. We been waiting since December 3rd for a simple refund for a procedure for our son that didn't even occur. And we are still waiting - over 50 days after the fact.
This is the worst office, rudest staff, and still owe me $500 and my medical records they are refusing to give me since I’m out of state and can’t come in person to sign their release. Would be a zero if that was an option
This was by far the best doctors office experience I’ve ever had . Scheduling my appointment was so easy , the office is so clean and the receptionists were Friendly, welcoming and super helpful . I didnt have to wait long at all before i was seen by Dr. Cara and I couldn’t be more thrilled to have her as a doctor . She made me feel like she genuinely cared about how I feel and made me totally Comfortable . I was so happy with this experience .
Dr. Rotundo is great. Efficient, excellent bedside manners, and quick. I was in and out. Front office staff are polite and helpful. Even better that the office is closer to home.
