I was very impressed withe the efficiency of the Riverview office. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all great.

They are worth every visit and every penny! They go over options regarding your health and they tell you straight up what risks are involved. They do not just randomly prescribe anything without telling you the side effects and whether it interferes with medications. They talk not medical language but English version to understand what they are trying to say. They get to the bottom of everything and are very straightforward!

I called in May to confirm a June appointment. The central customer service center could not verify my appointment so I called the office directly to confirm. When I arrived in June, the office claimed to have no record of my appointment so I was told to come back later that day. When I came back, I was told that I needed to see a doctor to get the prescription I needed but no doctor was available since my appointment was made last minute for the end of the day. I waited 1 hour for my early morning appointment. Everyone else got seen but me. Very bad! I’ll never use this facility again.
