This was by far the best doctors office experience I’ve ever had . Scheduling my appointment was so easy , the office is so clean and the receptionists were Friendly, welcoming and super helpful . I didnt have to wait long at all before i was seen by Dr. Cara and I couldn’t be more thrilled to have her as a doctor . She made me feel like she genuinely cared about how I feel and made me totally Comfortable . I was so happy with this experience .
Dr. Rotundo is great. Efficient, excellent bedside manners, and quick. I was in and out. Front office staff are polite and helpful. Even better that the office is closer to home.
I have Medicare and I went in for a paper smear. I also have tricare for life. My medicare did not pay for my pap smear. The reason why is because there using the wrong ICD 9 codes. They used 99386-GY and they should of used Q0091 and G0101. Called billing department couldn't get hold of anyone.
I was very impressed withe the efficiency of the Riverview office. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all great.
