I have been a patient at this office for about 14 years. I have since moved away from the treasure coast and still come back to this office. I love every Dr I’ve had, they have all taken very good care of me especially Dr. Burgess. Everyone from front desk to clinicians are very professional and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Once you get someone to finally answer the phone or call you back they are a great doctor's office. Picking up the Phones and calling people back is something they are not very good at. I have been trying to get an appointment for 3 days now and When I got a call back I was told I would be called right back because she had to talk to my insurance and haven't been called back since.
Worst doctors experience ever. They are horrible about answering phones and take every little concern you have and tell you "it's no big deal", or it's "normal". For every one of my check ups, they never actually explain what they're doing or walk you thru any process. When they talk to you, it's like what they're saying is scripted and they're just trying to rush to the next patients room. They don't spend a lot of time with you, the experience is very rushed. Turn around and run from this establishment This office is terrible ! I can not believe Drs pay there staff to treat patients with such little respect .
I have been going here for years..After Dr. Bloomer retired I was worried. But Dr. Becker is awesome. Had a problem and she saw me right away..Very much appreciate that..Have many nurse friends. And its not always a easy job. I appreciate them and their kindness everytime I am in there..
Absolutely awful at answering phones or returning messages. � If I wasn't holding my newborn daughter right now, this review would be more lengthy and more scathing. So frustrated with your office. It's like as soon as I had my baby, your practice just stopped caring.
