I showed up 15 minutes late to my appointment. I called yesterday to ask if that would be okay, and the person I spoke to said yes. After waiting for about 30-40min, the receptionist told me that we would have to reschedule. Why didn’t she say anything as soon as I signed in? I left disappointed after my first visit here.

Today was my first time visiting here. The staff is so friendly and kind and the clinic is clean and has a nice homey feeling to it. Dr. Novara was so nice and caring. She asked questions and actually listened and cared when I told her about my concerns. And she didn't try to rush me out of the door. The environment felt completely judgement free and every piece of information was explained clearly. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic.

I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages to get an appointment and no one ever answers or returns calls. Sad because I heard this place was the best.

Office closes at 5:00pm, but when I called at 4:40pm, automated message said the office is closed?? I really needed to speak with someone today. It was important.

Searched gynecologist that accepts Medicaid and this came up. I called, however they do not accept Medicaid. Thanks
