This was my first visit and I had a horrible time trying to find the parking structure. Once I finally found a spot, there was no signage or directions for where to go. I ended up at a reception desk but the employee didn't know which floor I needed to go to for my appt. I finally made it to the correct waiting room, but at that point I was 20 minutes late and was told I couldn't be seen. I was offered to sit and wait to see if someone didn't show or to make a new appt. The earliest they could reschedule me was a month later... read more
