I have had such a bad experience with their billing. I went in for a check up and someone coded it as a regular visitor. I've been calling for the last 6 mo. Every time I get a letter I call to let them know my situation. They always tell me they will fix and have someone review it. Last time they said someone would call me back. No one had.
