This place is a joke the mid wife is a rude rude person and they never give you an ultrasound after your first visit as well as no one ever communicated with each other no one ever knew what stage of pregnancy we were at and they alwaysed seemed confused. They act like they just want to bill your insurance. If you want to have a healthy no problem pregnancy dont go here.
I wouldn’t recommend Dr Smith at all. I had a C-section scheduled twice bc there was two ppl a head of me at least that’s what he said. And he act like my pregnancy wasn’t as important as there’s. I was 1 cm dilated and I went back home and the contractions got worse more frequent so I went to Winchester hospital they contacted smith and he told them to run iv’s that I was dehydrated to stop the contractions but the contractions was more intense. I’d give 0 if I could. This location seem to never answer phone calls. When they magically answer they say the nurse is on the other line and will give a call back. Shockingly that never happens.
I have called this place three times a week 3 times each day for two months and they NEVER ANSWER the phone
