On my first visit to the office I was given a good understanding of the my medical history and what health care plan was in my best interests. I would recommend this medical office.
Sarah is professional and informative. She's willing to go over any risk benefits to any treatments. She listens to the patient I needed to be worked in to an early appointment and she was able to do that for me.
Very professional. Easy in and out with no wasted time. Very personable and easy to talk to. I love the location of this office with easy access to the Banner Elk Cafe for a nice lunch.😊. Banner Elk residents and guests are lucky to have this team. I would highly recommend Dr. Bratter and Sarah.
