I am very happy that Banner Elk now has a women’s medical practice. All of the staff is very nice and informative. Their communication is very good and they explain procedures and options in a very caring way. I had to have a procedure done that I was very worried about and Dr Bratter was very gentle, compassionate and explained everything that he did. Being in this area where women’s health care is hard to access and sub par when it is I’m very thankful to have found Dr Bratter and this office. Would highly recommend
Nikki was absolutely wonderful. She was kind and compassionate without being condescending or presumptive. I felt heard and understood. The office staff was also very friendly and genuine. Their communication methods were new to me but worked quite well. When I called to schedule an appt I was directed to vm and the recording suggested sending a text to their number for a quicker response. I tried it and got a response within a few mins.
