Normally I do not give bad reviews however I feel that my experience might be helpful for others in the future. I came to this practice in February as my former OBGYN stopped taking my health insurance. I had one of the "doctors" here perform a pap on me. It came back abnormal & I had to get a colposcopy where 2 biopsies were taken. I had to chase for a call back for the results. I am new to this practice and was not expecting the doctor to bring a male intern into the room without asking my permission! Not just for the consult, but for the external exam! They should require patient permission for that. I chose a female doctor for a reason.
I used to see Kathleen brown at this practice and I switched to a different doctor because Kathleen is incredibly rude and inexperienced and not attentive at all to patients needs. Anyways, I started seeing dr myers and it was like day and night! She is educated, not judgmental and honest. She has never judged me or tried to push me to take or use any birth control as I really am not interested in contraception. Never judged me as I am ttc. Glad I made the switch to dr myers!!!
Wish I could give a zero star. I have been treated incredibly rudely by one of the doctors here. Shamed many times and was almost forced into getting treatment I felt uncomfortable with due to it being easier for Dr.Hulteng. Basically she asked me if having a baby inside me was better than an IUD. I've also felt ashamed to even ask for help for things since she refused to actually check me out and said I was probably fine. Haha yeah no.
Extremely unprofessional & unwilling to help. I felt judged by everyone including the front desk staff, who spoke down to me over the phone when I had serious medical questions. I will not use this practice ever again. Please do yourself a favor and go to any other OB.
