Waited for an appointment for 2 months just for them to call 2 days before saying they were not available and to reschedule. Don't waste your time and if you have an urgent need definitely seek other places!
Dr. Diesfeld and the staff are very kind and professional. I'm a first-time Twins mom and all of follow-up.
I am extremely conflicted writing this review because the doctor and midwives are truly excellent, compassionate, and the only reason I continue to return to this practice. Unfortunately, the front office staff significantly detracts from the overall experience. The front desk associates are consistently rude, impatient, and lacking basic customer service skills.
