Nurse Practitoner , Elizabeth Jahn, is my favorite Healthcare provider ever. She is thorough and attentive. Answered all of my questions with great care and patience. I wish everyone in the medical field was more like her!!
At my first ever appointment with them, I had my yearly exam and expressed concern that I would be doing a large road trip and that I might have issue filling my BC prescription. I was assured they could help me phone in the prescription while I was traveling, however, they never warned me that they REQUIRE a mid-year, check in, specialist appointment to fill your prescription for the rest of the year. I love this doctor, most of the negative reviews seem to be from a long time ago. Dr. Joanow and nurse practitioner Sherin are both wonderful, they've gone above and beyond to help me. It's been nothing but good experiences.
