Unprofessional doctor without any bedside manners. Front desk staff has one extremely rude lady.
First I would like to say that this is me and my husband first pregnancy and I'm so happy, thankful and grateful to be able to have our child. I didn't know who would be the right people for me to connect to help us on this journey. I am so grateful that my current midwife Ms. Kaitlin has recommended me to see Dr. Todd Rosen this doctor welcomed me and made me feel at home here. The lady who’s picking up the phone calls on Sep.1, 2025 in the afternoon is extremely disrespectful and rude. She just keeps repeating “I don’t have the information” for 10 times to whatever questions I ask.
I am very sad to say I was shamed and judged by Dr Arora here for my body count, ironically. My body count is not high, and then she proceeded to tell me I was getting to the end of my time to have children at the age of 24. All appointments were late, prescriptions never got filled on time, almost never got calls back. Just a really upsetting experience that I will never go back to. Extremely Slow, Outdated, and Unprofessional I’ve been waiting a month just for an OB transfer to this office — and I still haven’t received a response. They only use fax for record transfers (no email, no app, no online portal), which is outdated and inconvenient. Even though I sent all requested documents (I was only missing one doctor’s note at first), they kept asking for “full details” again and again, dragging the process out with no update.
