Melissa Saravia, the sonographer is the most professional and caring person I’ve seen! She is absolutely amazing, she explains everything and clearly she cares about her patients and loves her job. I wish there were more people like her!
Really pleased with my experience here. The staff is super nice, and Stephanie did my ultrasound. She was very friendly, and even above and beyond to get me photos even though the baby was being shy :)
We’ve had an amazing experience since we’ve been coming here for our weekly ultrasounds. The staff and Dr Rosen is always so friendly and professional. Stephanie always makes us feel comfortable during the ultrasounds and makes sure we go home with great photos of our baby!
If you'd like family members to wait in the lobby, there are a hundred better ways to communicate that, and whatever your nurse did today was not one of them. And if you're ever casting for a role that requires conveying maximum contempt in a single look, she's got the part.
To all my IVF girlies: don’t waste your time sending your transfer records to this office. After they receive your files, they don’t call to schedule an initial appointment. Apparently, your records have to be reviewed and approved before you can even get on the schedule, which makes no sense. The frustrating part is that any OB office you choose will still perform the standard blood work and ultrasound to confirm a viable pregnancy.
