I came to this clinic today for my first time and the ladies at the front desk were nothing short of amazing. Latwanna talked me through my registration process and helped give me great insight on the pregnancy journey. She spoke positivity over my pregnancy and continued to make me smile.
Front desk staff is very unprofessional. They do not confirm appointments with a text or call to confirm date/time . It is also extremely hard to get an appointment. Don’t waste your time coming here. I thought my appointment was 1:45 and they turned me down with zero remorse and said it was actually 1:15. They have zero consideration for your time and I told them I had to take off from work for this and they still refused to see me. They had me get a Natera blood test for genetic testing when I was pregnant and said it was covered under my insurance (turns out it isn’t!) and I now have a $10,000 bill that I have to fight with Natera about. The ultrasound doctor said they ‘saw’ something that actually they probably couldn’t confirm at that point in the pregnancy and encouraged a amniocentesis and talked about the possibility to abortion if my baby had what they suspected (Baby was born healthy by different doctors). The staff is incredibly friendly, and the clinic is always clean and welcoming. Scheduling appointments is seamless. I highly recommend Dr. Daniel Cibulsky, who was my OBGYN throughout my entire first pregnancy. His level of care and commitment to his patients is truly exceptional, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his support.
