First time coming here and the way the receptionist handle their patients are phenomenal. Especially dawn, she was very sweet and made me very comfortable, as well as made me laugh a few times as I was under some stress before going to this appointment. The doctor was amazing as well!!
I have gone here twice so far during my pregnancy. Both times Dottie has been my check-in and she is always so wonderful. We laugh and joke while she is checking me in because I am high risk, I am usually a bit nervous. The Doctors and Technicians are also wonderful. They are very reassuring and answer your questions without any issue.
Several cancelled appointments and impossible to schedule consistently. Was told to wait a month and a half after an ER visit for an appointment.
Melissa Saravia, the sonographer is the most professional and caring person I’ve seen! She is absolutely amazing, she explains everything and clearly she cares about her patients and loves her job. I wish there were more people like her!
Really pleased with my experience here. The staff is super nice, and Stephanie did my ultrasound. She was very friendly, and even above and beyond to get me photos even though the baby was being shy :)
