Extremely Slow, Outdated, and Unprofessional I’ve been waiting a month just for an OB transfer to this office — and I still haven’t received a response. They only use fax for record transfers (no email, no app, no online portal), which is outdated and inconvenient. Even though I sent all requested documents (I was only missing one doctor’s note at first), they kept asking for “full details” again and again, dragging the process out with no update. Front desk and whoever schedules appointments is an absolute joke. Appointment was for 3:00 and they said I had to be there at 2:45 with no communication until I arrive. I even called twice to confirm and no one ever answered the phone. Pathetic service.
Despicable treatment, the nurse asked me routine questions, and on one specific question she laughed at me in my face, basically she didn't believe what I was answering, WHY WOULD I GO ALL THERE TO LIE TO STRANGERS? But it gets worse, the doctor literally asked me WHY I DON'T HAVE CHILDREN, he asked this after I had already answered that I had never been pregnant and yet he asked me why I had never had children, he asked me if it was because I didn't have a boyfriend, what does that have to do with the diagnosis? Very unprofessional. Have to wait a lot for ultrasound.
Called previously and they said to come in for a walk-in at 8 because no one is there. Then tells me when I get there that I have to wait for months to get an appointment but they take “walk-in”
