Horrible customer service. Tiffany is the most unprofessional and snobby person ive ever had to deal with. I cancled my appointment and was TOLD by front desk it wasn’t necessary to be there, i could reschedule to a later date and still get my meds. Then today i was told i couldnt get my regular refill without an appointment (which is complete opposite to what i was told before). I live an hour away and work everyday and need the medicine today. Receptionist was rude and didn’t listen to me at all. I was told I had an attitude and then she hung up on me. I have been denied care twice now and I am pregnant.
