Gone downhill. The current office staff is remarkably rude to the point people including myself, have found other practices. Watch out for being 3 to 5 min late to your appointment you have to wait months for- they will tell you to reschedule. I was in complete shock to see an office do this. Sadly, they do not make you feel you are a important patient - just a number that better pay and better not be late.
Waited an hour. Was never seen. Then they couldn't reschedule for any time after 3:00 the following week and I had scheduled later initially. Not well run
