Being pregnant for the first time ever, I was not expecting a scheduling appointment to leave me in tears and feeling like I somehow messed up. So unhelpful and rude
Incredibly rude scheduling staff. Called to inquire if they were taking new patients and see about scheduling an appointment. She scoffed at me and seemed incredibly bothered that I even asked. She did say they were accepting new patients, but based on how unhelpful, rude, and dismissive she was, I changed my mind. If they can't be remotely friendly on the first interaction, I can't imagine what it would be like being a patient.
