The front staff was nice. The nurse even nicer. She welcomed me to the practice a few times. I was comming from Crozer, and needed a new gynecologist. The doctor was nice, she gave a detailed exam. Took time to talk to me and address any concerns I had.
As place of care where women should feel safe, heard and most importantly comfortable. First thing first the women in the front are RUDE. No “hello, how are you” they don’t acknowledge patients when entering and I’m curious to know how they’re chosen for these type of jobs when it comes to the medical field. I had a pleasant experience. The parking is not great but the wait time was short. My needs and concerns were addressed with care
I went here because my IUD needed to be replaced. The doctor I had and the exam was fine. However, the issues started when they submitted my IUD through my prescription insurance. It was denied and when I called my insurance I was told they have to submit it medically. I called the office back and they said they would have someone call me back. They never did. I called my insurance again to see if they submitted it through medical after I told them to do so and they did not. I called back again and was told the same thing, t... read more
The doctors are fine, but every time I have dealt with the front desk they have been rude. Today tops it all, as I was in the ER affiliated with this practice yesterday for gyn issues. They believed I needed an urgent outpatient procedure. Despite the website saying they have appointments as early as Wed, they're offering me best 2 weeks out. Completely rude, no empathy or care, absolutely treating as non-emergency. Begged for them to talk with the doctor to determine if there was any advice or if they felt it was urgent to ... read more
