I have been going to Clarkston Women's Excellence for about 4 years. Dr Zaiden is my gynocologist. I cannot say enough great things about Dr Zaiden! He has always made me feel comfortable when seeing him and has always taken the time to explain things to me and answer any questions I have. I would recommend him to anyone. This comment is not about the doctors but instead about the staff. In Lake Orion they have an appointment setter who is very rude. A young girl almost teenager. She is rude, acts like you are disturbing her, never gives her name when she answers the phone( everyone else does), no TACT whatsoever. One of the nurses or aides there with short blonde hair is very rude. When questioned about a mistake she made. She became very rude. office staff very rude and uppity.
I had horrible experience with them, they ARE a huge reason of why my child passed away, don't make the same mistake and choose them
