The clinic is unprofessional. They lack any comprehension of billing, especially third-party insurances. They claim their policies dictate their methods, yet no such writings are given or supported, it seems as their policies change as they verbally say so, and not as it is written. The staff lacks any level of professionalism and or rapport with patients.
