I know some people have had a negative experience here but that was not the case for the three visits I’ve had. Every staff member has been kind, caring, helpful, and explained every portion of the process to us. ARNP Jennifer and Lactation RN Jill are two people who I credit to the positive experience my family had here. There was also a very kind and helpful individual working next to the boutique area and was happy to answer questions my partner and I had. I wish I would have had this resource with my previous child.
