The staff aren’t too friendly. Not really helpful. Just want to get the job done and get you out of the way. Doesn’t seem to have much compassion at all for patients. Doctor seem to be in a rush.
Dr. Kalo resolved my complaint with empathy and concern and did not make me have to pay for the service.
They were very nice and helpful. The doctor was very nice and gentle like he said he was. The girls in the office were great too. The people that stand outside protesting on the other hand are pretty traumatizing and rude for trying to scare people. They park inside the doctor parking lot with only one way in and one way out, you have no choice but to walk past them while they chase you. This place is horrible . I had my tubes cut and burnt . They gave me an ultrasound.. and the man said I need a D&C I could have cancer in my uterus .. whoaa I couldn’t wrap my head around this fast enough no blood work no nothing but I need a D&C then he said .. that I need to see the woman for payment options.. I went to st.John’s hospital and told them what this clinic just said .. after furthering testing my uterus was perfectly fine .. I don’t not recommend this center
One of the most wonderful and amazing doctors! I love you, Dr. Kalo, and I miss seeing you. The best laugh I’ve ever seen!
