Bad, bad, bad!! I had an appointment for 7:30 am and arrived before 7:15, the designated time to arrive for check in. Promptly checked in and was asked to have a seat. At 7:44 was told I would have a wait because I arrived late! I was told I arrived at 7:25 and that they had already taken back both 8 am appointments. I explained I arrived on time and was not late.
