The staff is amazing and they actually see you at your scheduled time.
Love doctor Cajas he has done a wonderful job he's polite on time and very helpful on all my questions due to being my first pregnancy and also his staff is amazing.
Their is a huge lack of communication between doctors and staff. I found myself waiting over an hour per apointment and two apointment ive actually walked out and left with no call from doctor for anpointment. Doctor constantly late for apointments. Very disapointed with doctors and staff. I will not be returning to this clinic for my next baby.
Today was our first visit. I loved that they had a 7:30 a.m. appointment, but not happy that we waited in the back forever. The doctor walked in the office at 8:20 a.m. I would have appreciated if someone would have notified us. I had to go out and ask someone to finally realize the doctor wasn't even in. When we walked in at 7:30, the person in the front wasn't here, someone else had to cover for her. I really hope things aren't always like this.
Dr. Angela akonye was very rude and didn't explain the procedure when I came in. Rushed through everything and not welcoming at all. Never am I coming back here and won't refer anyone to her.
I love Dr. Akonye...she delivered all 3 of my babies and the staff is just wonderful. The facility is ALWAYS clean. Keep up the good work team!
