I love coming into Women’s Care of Alaska. I’ve been coming to this clinic over the past 2+ years, receiving prenatal care for my last two pregnancies/ postpartum. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, especially my DO, Meagan Byrne. I never leave the office with any doubts or unanswered questions. I would highly recommend!
This place is absolutely amazing! After having to leave my previous obgyn at 26 weeks because of being pressured into something I was not comfortable with I was left with a high risk pregnancy and no doctor. I went to the hospital and met a doctor that was on call who told me this place would take me in, no questions asked. I made an appointment and decided to go to Meagan Byrne! Overall, Women's Care of Alaska provides a compassionate and supportive environment. In particular, Dr. Van Hastert stands out for her kindness, empathy, and thoroughness. She consistently takes the time to explain medical information clearly and listens attentively to any concerns or questions. However, my experience with the current phlebotomist has been less positive.
