Was exactly 7 minutes late to my outdoor arrival but still 8 minutes early to my appointment and they wouldn’t accept me. I had all my paperwork filled out & had to go through hoops to send over records. They claimed my appointment would cut into other appointments which tells me that they overbook. Very rude and inconsiderate. I waited a month for an appointment and was treated awful for being 7 minutes late.

I had my first baby a little over a week ago and cannot stress enough how amazing my entire pregnancy was from start to finish! EVERY doctor in the practice is wonderful and I have yet to meet a nurse or a NP who hasn’t been a complete delight. I had a new patient appointment and was told to arrive a half hour early to do paperwork which I did, 2:30 for my 3 appt. And I was turned away because I didn’t have the paperwork with me. 13 pages they said I needed to have filled out! Why did I arrive a half hour early for? They didn’t even send me the paperwork. Now someone who is already nervous because they found a lump has to wait even longer to find another doctor because after taking a day off work, getting a sitter, and being turned away I will not go back!
