The receptionist Sara has the WORST attitude I have ever encountered. She first turned me away and told me my appointment could not be taken due to my insurance (as I walked in). Then after I called my insurance to verify this information they informed me that Womenscare never contacted them & I should be accepted. 35 minutes after my appointment she finally admitted that my insurance is accepted there (as it says it is online). Throughout all of this she was condescending, rude and acted like I should take myself elsewhere.... read more
Dr marcelli is awesome makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Also takes the time to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. The stuff is beyond polite and compassionate do everything they can to make you comfortable. This is at the Carillon office.
I’ve been a patient at Women’s Care in St. Pete ever since I moved to Tampa three years ago, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I’ve received. From the very beginning, everyone (from the front desk receptionists to the nurses and doctors) has treated me with kindness and professionalism.
