I wanted to take the time to leave a review for this office. Doctors, especially gynecologists make me anxious and this was the most professional and painless experience I've had. I cannot stress how wonderful Dr. Brosch and his staff are. Everyone was kind, competent, and made me feel informed and secure. I especially say this as someone who usually goes to women for gynecology appointments. Outstanding staff and doctors!
On time, efficient and very knowledgeable. Dr. McCance explained everything well.
The receptionist Sara has the WORST attitude I have ever encountered. She first turned me away and told me my appointment could not be taken due to my insurance (as I walked in). Then after I called my insurance to verify this information they informed me that Womenscare never contacted them & I should be accepted. 35 minutes after my appointment she finally admitted that my insurance is accepted there (as it says it is online). Throughout all of this she was condescending, rude and acted like I should take myself elsewhere.... read more
Dr marcelli is awesome makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Also takes the time to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. The stuff is beyond polite and compassionate do everything they can to make you comfortable. This is at the Carillon office.
