A patient in front of me, who said she had been seen over ten times in that office, was told she could not be seen because she did not have an ID so she had to go all the way home only to return and the other receptionist who was at lunch said "Oh Hi -----" and the patient told her how the girl would not let her be seen until she presented her ID- soooooo I was then told in front of the who lobby that I could not be seen until $245 of a past bill was paid.
