I can’t get through to this office, I have been calling all day. Something needs to change.
I had the pleasure of visiting this office recently, and I am genuinely impressed with the level of care and service I received throughout my visit. Initially, I chose this office because it was conveniently located near my home and I needed to get some bloodwork done. From the moment I arrived, the staff's professionalism and kindness were evident. The front desk receptionist greeted me warmly and took care of my paperwork with a smile. Lab Tech more worried about her lunch than patient wellbeing. Thankfully the receptionist blew me away with her thoughtful words and caring heart, made me feel much more comfortable. Thank you a million.
I have loved my experience at Women's Care. I felt truly cared for by all the staff from the front desk to the midwives. I was listened to and given time to ask questions, and I even looked forward to going to my appointments by the end of my pregnancy! I will absolutely be going to Women's Care for any future pregnancies!
