I recently found out I was pregnant with my second child. I had gone to the Providence location for my first, and absolutely loved the entire experience. At this location, I had my first appointment to confirm pregnancy with Catharine Scully. She was rude, visibly annoyed, and overall gave off a negative and miserable attitude. I can’t get through to this office, I have been calling all day. Something needs to change.
I had the pleasure of visiting this office recently, and I am genuinely impressed with the level of care and service I received throughout my visit. Initially, I chose this office because it was conveniently located near my home and I needed to get some bloodwork done.
