Unprofessional. I made an appointment and was told I was all set, only to be told ON THE DAY OF the appointment that the staff hadn't bothered to check if my procedure was covered by insurance, and that I had to reschedule, because there was no way they could do it that day. Staff told me either I could reschedule or pay $1,900 upfront, and there were no other options--despite the fact that this was entirely their error, there was no real effort made to make up for wasting my time. Terrible and unprofessional. 1)Every time i came there as the appointment on time, they let me wait 30 min and even longer. 2)The front desk staff is indifferent and impolite. 3)One white women staff in the bill department is harsh. 4) I did an test but they forgot checking sample, without any results recorded.
