I am devastated Dr. Sarah Miller left (she was the best!!!) and irritated I wasn’t notified by the practice. Why would you not inform her patients of her departure?!

I called the office to schedule an appointment with my doctor, Dr. Miller, due to some health issues. I was informed that Dr. Miller left the practice four months ago, I was never notified, not by phone, email, or letter. Now, if i want to be seen for a current health issue, I will need to "re-establish care" with another physician at the same practice, but the physician does not have availability for three months. I didn't wanna say anything cause I felt for a while I was being dramatic but ... I am not. I had an apt a few months back at this place. Why? Cause I've always suffered really badly at my time of the month. I was eager to go to this place cause of the reviews and was even more eager to talk to a woman who would ideally understand me and do everything they can to make me feel better and listen to me.
