The front desk staff were professional and welcoming. Unfortunately my experience with Dr. Georgette McCance was the complete opposite. Attempts to explain concerns were repeatedly interrupted. Conclusions were made without reviewing the records or symptom summary provided. The office itself was pleasant, but the quality of care received from this provider fell well below expectations in terms of professionalism, respect and bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Baker and this practice as a whole. The staff are incredibly kind and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Baker did a great job at listening to my concerns and was very thorough. There was also no wait time which is pretty rare these days! I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Baker and the staff at Women’s Care Florida (Carillon).
I love Dr. Saravanos and her staff. I was in and out very quickly and was treated with respect and friendliness.
McCance and her staff are wonderful - always kind and very nice.
Excellent care with Dr. Marcilli. She’s been my OB/GYN for over 20 years… very professional. She actually listens to your questions and concerns and addresses them. You are not rushed in or out. You are actually treated respectfully.
