ER experience was mediocre, at best. We were rushed and pushed out and told to just follow up with an orthopedist because the NP couldn't see the break well enough. Oh, and their radiologist wasn't available to read the X-ray at all. So, ummmmm what happens? You just send everyone away no matter how bad the break bc the X-ray can't be read?
Brought my daughter in for fever, dizziness, nausea, flank pain and headache today and it was positively one of the best experiences. The staff were professional, courteous and compassionate towards her. Everything went smoothly from the moment we walked through the doors. Tyler was awesome as she started her if and she made my daughter feel comfortable through everything. Hillary was also very helpful and knowledgeable and informed us of anything we needed to know. I would highly recommend this hospital. Great job tonight.
This is my 3rd delivery here and the staff is so nice and they really make sure u are comfortable and well taken care of... I couldn't ask for a better staff at Women's and Children's Hispital !!
The employees here make your stay so much better. They make your stay so comfortable. My daughter was scared but they made her feel right at home. They kept a smile on our faces, thanks women's & children's hospital for a job well done.
I been back and forth the last 2 days and they never stop trying to help find out what's going on with my daughter.
Have had both of my babies here and wouldn't consider for a moment going anywhere else. Dr. Debbie Jurgelsky is the best! I can't imagine having an ob/gyn that makes u feel more comfortable and cared for than she does. Thank u to all the amazing labor/delivery department workers. Nurses, techs, even housekeepers were all awesome and so sweet.
Absolutely shitty service. My mom was there for a surgery and the nurses did not know when she got her medicine. Also no food was brought to her room for her or anything. Nurses were extremely rude and disrespectful, to the point where she would rather go home and take care of herself rather than be in the hospital. Save the trouble and if possible get whatever procedure you need done at Lafayette General.
I've been here for 2 days and the nurses are amazing and doctors are as well
The wait was a hour but well worth it the nurses and doctors are soo nice
