It's like the three Stooges when you walk in. She photocopied my insurance info and phone number and I was rushed out the door, upon calling them the next day I was bounced to all three of the stooges until the third one asked if I needed an appointment or eye glasses and I refreshed her memory to which she said oh I remember you now but I didn't get your date of birth for pre-authorization yesterday yet she had my phone number in her hand but alas no phone call. I absolutely love the Women With Vision office! Everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Luke and the team assisted me in finding the perfect glasses frames for my face, which wasn't easy due to my indecisiveness. They have an excellent selection of frames, and the staff showed great patience to ensure the glasses fit well. I am very happy with my two new pairs and have received numerous compliments on them. A few words to describe my experiences at Women with Vision: supportive, one of a kind, and no-pressure. The staff were fabulous at helping pick frames which complimented my face shape, my growing collection of eyewear, and fit my personality. Great at giving feedback and supportive when I felt like I needed time to sleep on my decision. This has changed my glasses experience and the bar has been raised!
Great service and recommendations for frames. Had scratched glasses just beyond my warranty but they helped cover it anyways knowing the damage happened before the warranty limit. Would highly recommend if your looking for you next sleek pair of glasses!
The best service I've ever had in any optical. Sareesa took the time to help me pick out the perfect pair of sunglasses. I appreciated her finding the best fit for my face. The girls were all so friendly and I can't wait to come back when I'm due for glasses.
