Great friendly staff here. I walked in with a concern in regard to my noseguards on a new pair of lenses. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the lady behind the counter was quick to assist and resolve my issue. Within minutes I received a new set of noseguards. She also went a step further to inquire if I was happy with the fit and willing to make any more corrections necessary to my glasses. Thank you so much for your help! Highly recommend this office!
Followed Luci here from FYI Calgary Trail as she is a very talented optical stylist super comfortable and well run shop. All staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Jenelle is very knowledgeable and helped me with my dry eye question and new prescription. Parking is expensive though!! Will take a bus next time
Great location and welcoming environment! Rumnique helped me with my sunglasses a few weeks ago and really took the time to ensure the fit was comfortable and matched my face. Looking forward to going back for my other frame needs!
