I had my first visit with Dr.Updike at this office. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The care and attention I received was excellent, and I truly have no complaints. Highly recommend!
Only based on 1 visit, however, with the negative reviews, I thought it was worth mentioning. My daughter was referred by a friend. Upon calling and saying, 'I need an appointment, I'm a new patient and just found out I'm pregnant with pcos' - the woman on the other end, immediately congratulated her; she was genuinely happy for her and kind and got her scheduled the following morning with Dr. Sanchez-Rauder. I was a little hesitant after reading some reviews, but I had to switch doctors at 34 weeks due to insurance—and I’m really glad I did. Dr. Cruz was amazing from the start. She’s sweet, caring, and always took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. During labor, she was so patient and encouraging, which made me feel really supported. Highly recommend Dr Iparraguirre! He is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time, is on top of the new research and he just has a big heart. Great doctor and great human.
