Dr Valverde is such a down to earth professional OBGYN. I am very lucky to have him taking us through this process as soon to be first time parents. He is informative but takes a step by step approach to your care leaving plenty of room for any questions or concerns. My husband and I are really grateful. When I was sick in the hospital, he would come to check in and I could see how positively the staff talked about him too. 10/10 stars for Dr. Valverde and the staff. NEW PATIENTS BEWARE! M first and last time experience with this clinic. Spent 35 mins waiting for the girls behind the glass to ask for my DL and insurance card and to get the papers you fill out as a new patient. Nothing. ZERO. I had to leave without being seen, as who knows how long it would have been to see the MD! Staff needs to do much much better. Consumers have a choice, and please avoid it here especially since you have to deal with the Baptist parking issue.
