I don’t ever leave reviews but it’s so insane to me, I called 3 times over the last two/three weeks and left a voicemail for them but they refuse to pick up the phone and refuse to even give me a call back. For military members, I’m shocked that nobody even has the decency to do their job and make a simple phone call back, that’s all.
It's normally ALWAYS fast no matter the day, but there are days they are slow. Best to go in the morning! They are very understanding and helpful! I was 2 hours late to my appt. ( I had forgotten that I had an appointment today and was at work.) Anyways on the way there to see if I could reschedule; I got a phone call asking to reschedule and I told one of the ladies I was on the way to do that, she said if I could come before whoever is scheduled to come they could see me unless there was someone ahead of me.
