Feels like family. Enjoy the workers well the ones that be upbeat. But it’s very important for them to know us as well as we know ourselves, I will always go to SJFMC I been going since a little one and now my little one goes as well. I won’t switch up.
The fact that. I’ve been going here for my healthcare for at least 10 years .my sons have been seeing Dr Palermo their whole lives and we could not ask for better care
some of the nurses at the front are really nice but their customer service/people who answer the phone are terrible one lady just hung up on me because I was talking while on mute for like 2 seconds and the second i said sorry i was- i was cut off and never called back
The midwife and nurses were really caring and supportive during my pregnancy, which helped me feel safe and taken care of during a trying period. Even though I had to deal with a lot of health problems, their steadfast support got me through every challenge. They were by my side every step of the way, offering comfort and professional care that significantly reduced my fears and uncertainty. Their commitment and compassion never faltered.
The doctor is truly amazing at what she does, and my daughter feels so comfortable and at ease with her, unlike with the other pediatricians we have seen before.
