I drove over 45 minutes to the triage due to not being able to eat and drink for about 2 weeks when I was there they didn’t take my weight to see how much I actually lost they told me I needed to drink more water which was a no brainer when I was finally able to give a urine sample it was super dark and orange in color they sent me home not minutes later no IV to rehydrate or even do blood work for possible liver or kidney issues needless to say when I have to give birth will be the last and next time I will be in! I had my daughter here on February 3rd. I was induce It was my first time being induce and my first time giving birth @ W&B. I actually had a GREAT experience. My labor nurse ( Cathy) & doctors were AMAZING! If I can give you their names i will totally recommend them!! I loved my experience. Keep up the good work �

If I could give this less then mediocre hospital negative ten stars I would. In all honesty do yourself a favor and replace your scheduling department with computers that will do the job accurately and require less pay. Your team can’t seem to get their shit together and do their job accurately but instead they give out misinformation. I can only hope that the doctors performing C-sections are competent enough to do so unlike the rest of their staff. Terrible. For my first child birth too. I tell everyone how my experience was and tell them to go somewhere else. 3/17/17 was my daughter's birthdate. 2 nurses, the lactation lady and the photographer were the only nice staff I had the whole time I was there.

I'm incredibly grateful for WBH and wouldn't have my babies anywhere else. The nurses are nothing short of angels who love their job and caring for their patients. Every staff member we interacted with was pleasant, polite, and kind. Saying goodbye to our nurses was an emotional experience as they took such excellent care of us. We can't thank you all enough!

This would be my second experience at this hospital & it went much better from the staff down to the c section in general. I went in on Monday for my scheduled C section and went home this morning. I was extremely nervous the morning of, but the staff was friendly from beginning to end. Once I got into my room they are very attentive. Never took longer then 10 mins to get me something- yes it is annoying that they check your blood pressure and temp every day every hour it seems, but I’m guessing that is protocol. I have never delivered here but I am very disappointed how this hospital claims to be Baby Friendly but is absolutely not supportive of their breast feeding employees. This is absolutely unacceptable. I personally work for a Baby Friendly hospital myself who is very supportive of breast feeding mothers and employees. In my opinion, I do not think a hospital who claims to be Baby Friendly should be allowed to be unsupportive of their employees who work there.
