Just called to schedule an appointment for the first time in years. I just got insurance through my job, so I’m still learning who and what all takes my insurance. Spoke to a girl named Alysia (who refused to give me her last name) and she was EXTREMELY rude to me. When I asked her a question she said in a very sarcastic tone, “I don’t know, that’s not my job.” For a Hospital that is suppose to be centered around Women and making them feel comfortable, this girl made me feel extremely UNcomfortable.
