Everyone at this office make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. If you have any fear of the dentist ( as I always had) they diminish it. Doctor Pawlowicz is fantastic and makes sure everything is painless. Tracey, the dental hygienist is the best I have ever had.
As usual, Tracy (like all of your hygienists) was gentle and thorough. She found a problem with the wire holding my front teeth from separating. Dr. Kevin was able to correct it at the same appt. I will not go to another dental practice!
Such a great team here from the front desk, hygienists and dentists themselves. Everyone is friendly, helpful and attentive. Thanks guys!
I just completed in May 2018 a complete restoration, it took approx. 1 year. All work was done in a timely and professional manner (I needed a ton of work implants, bridges, crowns, 3 extractions etc.) Most of my work was done by Dr. Bono----he did a great job !!! The staff and Dr Kevin continue to put you at ease during your visit. They keep you informed and educated to all procedures and options; much appreciated and highly recommended.
From the moment I walked in the door I knew it would be a great experience the staff was exceptionally friendly helpful and very accommodating. When I went back to the room Sara was just wonderful and answered all my questions and made me feel very very comfortable she performed just incredibly well the the doctor also was exceptionally accommodating very professional answer my questions and stated that he wanted to see me again to lay out a plan of action to get my teeth back in order. This was my first time to Fox Chapel Advanced Dental. I read the reviews and took a chance. It paid off. I was greeted by 2 wonderful receptionist who were polite and efficient. I was then lead away by Ashley, who made me feel super comfortable. Very informative and knowledgeable. She eased my mind and took good care of me.
