My entire experience with them sucked!! From the rude staff at the check in window, to the impersonal doctors, to the incompetent billing staff!! My OB was supportive of a VBAC the entire pregnancy which was the reason I chose this place and then as my due date neared she started pushing a C-section and completely changed her tune. Dr. Grady told me I should have already had a LEEP done but he didn't seem to understand I tried and could't afford to. I was turned away locally bc I wouldn't pay to get put out completely and it went up a stage by the time I got insurance. Then, he cuts out a rolling die size amount from my cervix and sent me home by myself to drive over an hour with no pain management.
