I decided to book an appointment at this location because they offered a numbing shot for IUD placement. I also called ahead to verify they were in network with my insurance. I use to go here and I loved it but for the past 2 years its been EXTREMELY hard to get them on the phone. They will answer then say “can you hold?” And Ill agree cause I understand things can get hectic. But then Ill be on hold for like 10-15 mins! I impress myself with the patience but my lady health is important to me. I would literally refuse to go to no one but them, but it has been like pulling teeth and nail to even set up an appointment!
