Very bad place with bad people, they are very unkind, rud manners, worst place ever!!! Don't come to this place!!!!
My first experience was great! The second time I was diagnosed & needed a prescription. I had a zero balance with them & they refused to call in my prescription! This went on for a couple of days with no resolution They prolonged treatment. I had to make an appointment at another clinic to be re-checked. I consider this inhumane treatment!
My first time appointment was today , it was the quickest I’ve ever been seen in a doctors office! I felt heard and felt like a person instead of an insurance claim ..I highly recommend!
Kayla APRN is AMAZING. She has great bedside manner and makes you feel so comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I highly recommend her. My only drawback with w2w is sometimes it can be difficult getting in touch with reception. However, they got my prescription refill fixed quickly once I got them on the line the two times. Thanks Kayla and crew!
