I use to go here and I loved it but for the past 2 years its been EXTREMELY hard to get them on the phone. They will answer then say “can you hold?” And Ill agree cause I understand things can get hectic. But then Ill be on hold for like 10-15 mins! I impress myself with the patience but my lady health is important to me. I would literally refuse to go to no one but them, but it has been like pulling teeth and nail to even set up an appointment! I have gone to Dr. Steele’s office for all 3 of my children. Sometimes the front office has a few mess ups, but Dr. Steele is hands down the best OB around. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and saved my life with my first delivery. We are so grateful to her and all she has done for our family. Cassie and Hannah were also fabulous with my risky deliveries. I am forever grateful to all of them.
My #1 go to place since I've moved to Lexington. I love all the staff, they always have me in and out. I definitely recommend them to anyone that I come across. Especially if they are high risk like I was while Pregnant, all over 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
