As a cash patient I feel that I was charged for tests that were not explained to me. Was never made aware that just my lab fees - for the tests that the practioner ordered were so expensive and didn't even get a call or anything when results were in. Was sent out for other testing and again had to call them just to find out what the tests said. Now ive been sent to collection over lab fees that i didn't understand due to the fact when I was in I was in pain and not in a good state. Was told everything looked fine! Seriously!... read more

Had my very first appointment few weeks ago and I loved it, staff is amazing and very helpful! Every time I have an issue they make sure to call me right back and get me in asap.
usually going to the Dr with kids is a dreaded curse, WCOL has changed that for my family. It's always a pleasure to have this amazing team help my kids. They care on a deep personal level that I have never seen before in a Doctors office
