Dr. Shana is the best. She is one of the last of a dying breed of doctor who actually cares about and knows your children. She is not an urgent care and is just one doctor. This is why we love Dr Shana. She knows our kids, and remembers them well so we aren’t just a number there. People complaining about Connie are over sensitive. She isn’t overly bubbly but she has always done her job well. One time when my wife was dealing with a toddler having a temper tantrum Connie carried our newborn out to the car for her.
I’ve been taking my children to this office for years, but nearly every time I call for a sick child appointment, Dr. Shana is unavailable to see my daughter. This has happened three times since August 2024. When my 18-year-old went to college and got sick, he called her office to request a prescription refill but was told she could no longer help him as she was no longer his doctor. Dr. Kaznoski has been a great provider but we are leaving this practice due to the rudeness of her office staff Connie. We have been at this practice for 3 years and not only have I myself received Connie's rudeness, but my husband, and mother has experienced it across many visits. It is unfortunate to leave a good doctor but this level of customer service is unacceptable.
Dr Derek was AMAZING I instantly felt comfortable and at ease he actually listened and helped with my issue without judgement. 10/10 recommend he did everything he could right then and there to help
