I used to take my girls here before our insurance changed and Dr Shanna was great. She was always great with my girls, friendly, I felt like I was going to the small town Dr. and that she genuinely cared about my kids. they weren't just her job.
They are rude and presumptuous. As an office they treat their patients like it is privilege to go there. I had to cancel two appointments due to unforeseeable circumstances and they acted like I was just being irresponsible, without any sort or care or understanding. Not what I want in my child’s doctor. I will not reschedule with them again.

Dr. Shana Koznoski is a very prideful person and clearly has issues checking ears. She also pushed Claritin and Flonase on my child because she claims that she is an “allergy kid”, because she has a crease in her nose. Now I understand that my child’s sinus cavity is uneven and that is what it means. It does not seem her an allergy kid, whatever that is. We love Dr. Shana. She is so informative and covers lots of options. She's gone out of her way to be available to us during a hard time with our infant, very responsive and helpful. So glad to have found a great pediatrician in the area!
I've brought my kids here for nearly 3 years. She is the best pediatrician we've had.
Dr. Shana is absolutely wonderful! She has been wonderful to my son. Friendly staff and very clean office. We moved an hour and half away and I still take my son to her. Thank you Dr. Shana for being so good to us!!
