I had a deeply troubling experience with Danielle Keys Bess and Womack Development & Investment Realtors. After submitting a rental application, Danielle delayed the process because of my Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). Despite providing valid documentation from a licensed psychologist, she insisted on considering them 'pets' under the landlord's "no-pet policy"—a direct violation of the Fair Housing Act. Mr. Womack is an awesome individual who gave me a chance when no one else wouldn’t and I’m extremely grateful to have a house to live in that’s very affordable and really nice to live in. If you’re having a hard time finding a place to live and need someone to work with you Mr. Womack is the man.
We had a wonderful experience with Gerald and Jordan. They gave us spot on advice on how to prepare the house for sale and worked with us to get it ready. They knew what to do and provided help when we ran into some unexpected issues. I would encourage anyone with a house to sell, particularly in Riverside Terrace, to call them. They get results.
I loved my experience with Womack Development! I lived the past year in one of his rental properties in the heart of the museum district! Mr. Womack is very intentional about creating community and I really loved getting to know my neighbors in our 8-unit complex!
