We had a wonderful experience with Gerald and Jordan. They gave us spot on advice on how to prepare the house for sale and worked with us to get it ready. They knew what to do and provided help when we ran into some unexpected issues. I would encourage anyone with a house to sell, particularly in Riverside Terrace, to call them. They get results.
I loved my experience with Womack Development! I lived the past year in one of his rental properties in the heart of the museum district! Mr. Womack is very intentional about creating community and I really loved getting to know my neighbors in our 8-unit complex! I am recently renting a town home. Queen Wilson is phenomenal. The property is beautiful and spacious for me and my children. The process was quick and easy and communication was great. I enjoyed working with Jordan and Queen.
My experience with this company was not that great. We filled out the application wasted a 70$ application fee, waited a very long time four a response, i had to mainly call to get status . Then when I thought we were coming close to the end of the process, I find out he needs employment verification, which I didn't understand because he had both me and my husband's check stubs, i gave him contact info for both me and my husband's employer and I was given permission by my manager and my husband's manager to give mr.womack th... read more
