Cant give less stars than 1. They're slow, they're lazy, they have a bad attitude. Get there on time it doesn't matter you'll be there for 6 hours or more. Its an absolute dump and they dont care
Only good part is overnight parking! Appointment at 8am checked in at 7:45am it’s now 12:30pm still no door! Employees acting lost like no one knows what is going on here! If you are trying to have another load after delivering here don’t plan on it you will miss out on money coming here!
This place is an absolute disaster. I have been waiting 15 hours and still have not been given a door. That is beyond ridiculous and completely unacceptable. The level of incompetence here is thru the roof. There is no accountability, and apparently no respect at all for drivers time. Making someone sit for 15 hours is not just bad service it is pathetic management. This company is poorly organized, unprofessional, and clearly does not care about the people they keep waiting.
