Appointment was 13:00 didn’t get unloaded till 19:00 then the young man came out out said lumper fee is $150 how was I paying told him company is paying calling them now then he says the fee is $100 shady
Arrived at 05:08 found parking in the off street lot, checked in with security guard in the shack he wrote down my truck information and told me where to go to check on with receiving. Giving receiving my paperwork and phone number. I have a 6 am appointment, received my dock assignment at 07:35, at 09:10 the lumper comes out demanding their payment. 10:08 the dock light turns green. Of I could give a -10 I would been here 14.5 hours already and still in a door waited 8.5 hrs for a dock and only about half way done checked in at 0800 got a door at 1800 and now at 2245 just getting paperwork
