Was expecting to be here for hours based on the reviews. Got there at 6:10, got a door around 6:45, done unloaded by 8:10. You do have to back in off the street, cars are parked everywhere, yard jockeys are going in & out but all in all a good experience. They have a parking area where you wait for them to call you.
1 star. Very bad company , you will be here for a while to unload!Update:” we tried this company one more time, same, nothing changed this is the worse company to deliver”!!! Shame on you !
Why have an appointment if it's going to take 8 hours to unload a truck? The staff, all except for the guard on duty was quite friendly. The guard on duty seemed as if he was inconvenienced by having to do his job. The lumper fee wasn't too expensive. And the docks, especially dock 10 is quite difficult to get into due to a light pole and a dumpster sitting right in front of it.
