Love the choices and options on the showroom. They put together the whole thing and takes all the worry out. Pick your pieces and their designer does an amazing job! Good quality pieces means a bit bigger than the box stores but they last and last. You won't find the details you want in the box store either. If you Building or reconstructing, this is the place to go. Lovely designer/sales gal in the showroom. I found an appointment helped but not necessary. Only one gal.on the floor but she is worth the wait.
I went looking for faucets and fixtures for a new build. Escorted to the showroom and no one showed up to help. I think I can be ignored in the big box stores for less money
Professionalism, or lack thereof on the showroom side phone made me not want to shop at their store.
